Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and WeMakeSense LLC ("WeMakeSense", "we"), the maker of MeSee. MeSee is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms.

AI descriptions can be wrong

Descriptions, answers and comparisons are written by AI. They can miss things or be mistaken, including about people, text, colours and amounts. Don't rely on MeSee for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions, such as reading medicine labels, identifying money, or checking whether a road is safe to cross.

Free week, MeSee Plus and Camera Coach

• New users can describe up to 15 pictures a day for their first 7 days, free.
• MeSee Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, bought through the App Store. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings, or from Settings in MeSee.
• Camera Coach is a separate, optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). It works with or without MeSee Plus. New users can try 10 coached photos free.
• MeSee Plus includes generous monthly limits so the service stays fair and affordable. Your current usage is shown in Settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple.

Camera Coach guidance

Camera Coach helps you frame photos, but it can't see everything. Stay aware of your surroundings while taking photos, and never use it while walking near traffic.

Using MeSee fairly

Please use MeSee only for photos you have the right to use, and not to identify strangers, harass anyone, or break the law. Don't try to get around the allowance or overload the service.

Your content

Your photos and the descriptions made for you are yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide MeSee to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work hard to keep MeSee running, but AI descriptions need an internet connection and our service may sometimes be unavailable. Descriptions you already have, and on-device search, keep working offline.
